Care for employees and let our employees "work happily and live a healthy life"

We see employees as the fundamental factor for our growth and provide physical examinations for them; we visit and talk to employees under five categories to offer a helping hand to them; we built the Home of Staff as a venue for employees to learn things and relax themselves, where they can play basketball, table tennis, billiards, dance, and read books; we regularly organize colorful events, match-making parties, employee seminars, trips, sports meetings, photo contests; we offer shuttle buses, free canteen for the whole day, staff dormitories fully equipped with air conditioners, televisions, washing machines, and WIFI; we also have a mental health hotline to thoroughly care for employees’ work, life, thoughts, families, and even personal problems. Our purpose is to eliminate difficulties for employees, make them feel warm as a family member, and create a team with unity.

Yanuo strictly executes employment-related laws, regulations and policies and has established a well-developed and stable labor relation by normalizing its employee management and treating all employees fairly.
